Bohol- home of the TARSIERS
an endangered species, but very few
can still be found in the woodlands near Corella.
It lies in the heart of Visayas region between Cebu and
Leyte.
It is an island of rolling hills, and patches of forest interspersed with small
villages and pastoral farmlands.
The island is famous for it so called "Chocolate Hills". That is one
thing to see. It is not made of chocolates but its brown colouring makes it look
like a chocolate dus the name Chocolate Hills of Bohol.
I went to Bohol not to see the chocolate hills but to explore
the underwater world of Bohol. Scuba diving is one of Bohols many attractions.
There are a few smaller islands surrounding Bohol and have great dive sites.
