Traveling to countries like Thailand and the Philippines is surely  an adventure. It is the land of exotic islands, dazzling coral reefs, crystal seas and dense jungles combine with busy overcrowded city streets and a haven for shoppers like myself.

For sports both offers a variety of activities from hiking, scuba diving, white water action, surfing rock climbing, eco-tourism aerial action and mountain hiking.

For food Thailand offers a variety of irresistible cuisine. You might want to do some shopping for silk and precious gems.

It is best to go during the dry season from December till early April. If you like scuba diving it is better to go sometime late February. In the Philippines you can go to the Visayas even on rainy season as it is outside the typhoon belt.
