That is his life and I have learned to share it with him and support him in what ever work he has to do.

My partner is an Information Technology manager with extensive line management and strategy development experience.

He is currently working in a large global ICT services company with an estimated revenue in 1999 of USD 1B. The company spans the entire spectrum of ICT from the provision of basic infrastructure services (mainframe and midrange computers, Unix and NT servers, private global data communication networks with electronic mail and intranet) to the implementation of ERP systems and the provision of consultancy services. The Infrastructure Services division contributes to about 49% of revenue, which is generated by a number of customer segments. He managed the portfolio of the largest customer group valued at USD 130M annually. He has been able to assemble a team of highly talented and motivated individuals to deal with this important customer group.

As an international manager he has lived and worked in The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway and the United Kingdom and has delivered proven results. He has a good knowledge of Asia Pacific and the other regions where his current employer operates. Eli is well respected for his cultural awareness and his experience in working on a global scale.

His supervisors and colleagues qualify him as highly motivated with keen business sense and tight budget control. Having good relationship with the ‘customer’ community, he is a good manager of resources with an innovative mindset. He is a strong project manager with business acumen and delivers whilst maintaining a low profile.
