My Interest & Hobbies

I don't have a very interesting and eventful life, but I do love to travel and see interesting places.  I especially like Latin America.  I am not into sports either but I play tennis once in a while and swim.  In summer I used to hike the Alps with friends and go to the Far East for scuba diving during the  winter. Now since moving to the Philippines has changed that. I now go to Europe in Spring and beginning of winter.

I read a lot and I like Tom Clancy but I also read about everything when time permits. Aside from reading, I develop a liking for Model Train. It is a boys-men hobby but I love it and the more interesting it is for me as a woman.

Lately, I have acquired my diploma and now become a license make up artist so I worked most of the time with my partner when he has a photo shoot.

Theatres, concerts and movies are amongst my favorites. Where I am now is a bit difficult to go to operas and ballets. The Hague is not very famous for  theatres and shows although every now and then there are a few interesting shows.

Hence, I have turned my hobbies into cooking. With this I devout my time to entertaining friends with my own cooking. I like hot and spicy Thai food.  I also go out a lot with friends and try out the restaurants in town. Although I love to cook, it is sometimes nice just to sit and be served.
