We have now retired temporarily in "The Philippines" from where the action was  "The BEACH" in Scheveningen. Before that in Warmond. A very small village close to Amsterdam. Life in Warmond was not so exciting compare to all the previous cities I lived in before. The isolation is often times very lonely, For some people that was a dream house, but a house is not  a home because it takes a lot of hard work and enough effort to turn a house into a home.

After Warmond we moved indeed to Scheveningen a modern seaside resort with long sandy beach and lined with restaurants during spring and summer. It has a pier, and a harbor which is use both for fishing and tourism. A nice place to live. Everyday is like a holiday in Scheveningen.
